Courtley Roy is an Investment Manager of corporate real estate funds and provider of private real estate capital, specialising in senior debt and equity funding for Australian commercial, industrial, residential and construction projects.

Our principals have extensive finance and property industry experience with a track record in matching investment finance with key market opportunities. We are well-resourced to manage third-party capital and partner with our investors and clients to develop bespoke opportunities based on their mandates and needs.

In addition to our income-based debt funds we also undertake direct investment through our open equity funds that facilitate the procurement of development and investment opportunities for our clients and partners.

Courtley Roy is based out of Sydney and operates funds within Australia with domestic investors along with its capital partners in Singapore, Hong Kong and Europe.
