Zac Miles is Managing Director of Courtley Roy. Zac has retained senior roles in funds management, real estate investment and capital raising as well as in planning, government relations, risk management and politics.
Coming from a background in rural and remote Queensland and Western Australia through his parents respectively, Zac chose Courtly Roy as the namesake of the Funds Management organisation to pay homage to his family’s long connection with the land. Zac concurrently runs his family office, which provides seed capital for many of the active Courtley Roy Funds.
Zac specialises in providing value to domestic high-net-worth clients as well as Family Offices and corporate investors within all areas of the business. He has worked with families and institutions, pairing investors with bespoke debt and equity investment mandates.
He is responsible for business development, capital raising and promotion of Courtley Roy’s financial products and services. He oversees private clients investment management and advisory services, deal structuring, risk assessments, strategy and market activity reporting. For the last decade Zachary has specialised in funds management, property investment as well as political and institutional risk.
He brings extensive understanding of the property market particularly in key growth areas on the Eastern seaboard and an in-depth knowledge of infrastructure and planning.
Zac is currently the Mayor of the Municipality of Hunters Hill in Sydney’s lower North Shore and serves on a number of NGO’s, Property Trusts and not for profit organisations, including:
